I was named after either Deanna Durbin (the singer) or Deanna Troi (the Star Trek character), take your pick, my parents choose it because they thought it was a nice name. My birthday is on 3rd May, 1991.
I love reading. My Dad used to read to me nearly every night before I went to bed and read: The Hobbit (twice through); all of the Narnia books; Charlie and the Chocolate Factory; The Weirdstone of Brisingamen (which takes place close to where we live); we tried Wizard of Earthsea and Space Hostages by Nicholas Fisk. We also did The Lord of the Rings which took nearly 18 months.
On my own I have read various Roald Dahl books but I am now into the Harry Potter books, Wizard of Earthsea and lots more besides. I am also working my way slowly through the Silmarillion. My favourite books so far are Artemis Fowl; His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman; the XANTH series by Piers Anthony and many more.
My favourite sweet is chocolate. I like most other sweets such as Fruit Pastilles but I don't like toffee. My favourite drinks are:Coca Cola, Lemonade, Sprite and orange juice.
